Hello … In this session we want you to focus on one of the most important parts of making more profit in your business … strategic alliances. Go through the workbook and write down a list of all the other businesses you can think of who you can to join forces with. Go through the phone book or do a Google search for all the businesses in your area you could join with, then write them a sales letter or invite them for a coffee.
HINT: In every sales letter you write make sure you put tons of benefits to the person you are writing to … give them a reason to want to meet you for coffee!
Also, write down the networking groups in your area that you can attend and start to gain those vital contact contacts contacts.
